Mixes from the Aldeia

The Jolly Roger

Ingredients-

  • Segredo Aldeia white rum- 30ml
  • Segredo Aldeia cafe rum- 30ml
  • Sweet white vermouth- 10ml
  • Grapefruit peel

Method-

  • Pour all the ingredients, over a block of ice, in an old fashioned glass.
  • Stir.
  • Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

Blood Stained

Ingredients-

  • Segredo Aldeia white rum- 60ml
  • Sweet vermouth- 10ml
  • Orange bitters- 2 dashes
  • Orange slice

Method-

  • Pour all the ingredients, over a block of ice, in an old fashioned glass.
  • Stir.
  • Garnish with an orange slice.

Village Water

Ingredients-

  • Segredo Aldeia cafe rum- 60ml
  • Sweet white vermouth- 10ml
  • Grapefruit Juice- 40ml
  • Soda Water- 60ml
  • A slice of grapefruit

Method-

  • Pour the rum, vermouth, and grapefruit juice, over ice, into a highball glass.
  • Top up with soda water & stir.
  • Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

Dawn of the Aldeia

Ingredients-

  • Segredo Aldeia white rum- 30ml
  • Segredo Aldeia cafe rum- 30ml
  • Espresso- 40ml
  • Simple Syrup- 10ml

Method-

  • Pour all the ingredients, over ice, into a shaker & shake.
  • Fine strain into a chilled martini glass/coupe.
